Touring Dan Ryan Homes

If you are familiar with Dan Ryan Builders, you know they have endless floor plans to choose from. They rank #39 on the Builder 100 list and had an abundance of neighborhoods for us to choose from in North Carolina.

Our main goal was to narrow our options down by deciding our floor plan and choosing the neighborhood in which we could get the best lot with said plan.

We ended up seriously consider three options: The Hawthorne, The Middleton, and The Drayton.

Each had their own perks including: additional features that can be added on, a downstairs owner’s suite, a butler’s pantry, and built-in study spaces.

Check out this video to see a tour of each home. Virtual tours online are great but visiting live model homes definitely helped us make a decision!
